Your key responsibilities:

• To work closely with the JMB/MC to achieve the objective of enhancing and sustaining the building's image and brand as prestigious high-end building.
• To plan, coordinate, implement and complete all activities involved in the management and maintenance of the common property on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
• To prepare, execute and complete planned prevention maintenance programmes for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
• To carry out supervision and evaluation of the works done by building service provider, contractor and supplier.
• To attend residents' complaint and answering all enquiries professionally and tactfully.
• To manage and coordinate procurement processes for maintenance and management of the common property.
