Position: Steam Engineer

Location: Kerteh, Kemaman, Terengganu.

Job Description:
1. To operate and optimize control of Boiler, Steam Turbine & Demineralizer Water Treatment System.
2. To control demineralization water quality & steam quality as per required by process.
3. To handle chemical for boiler, steam turbine & water treatment.
4. To analyze water quality & steam & steam turbine performance.
5. To follow all safety requirement such boiler operation, steam turbines, chemical handling and understand regulation regarding boiler operation according to Factories & Machineries Act.
6. To complete daily check sheet and machine abnormal checklist.
7. To involve in maintenance for all related machine.
8. To manage Boiler man to operate Boiler, Steam Turbines & Demineralizer System during shift.

Job Qualifications:
1. Education background: Degree recommended Major in Mechanical or Chemical or related with machine.
2. Work Experience: 6 months OJT in Utility Steam Section.
3. Expertise & Certificate: Steam Engineer Grade 2.
4. Competency: Able to read machines PFD, Basic calculation, Microsoft Office and computer. Familiar with Boiler & Steam Turbines.
5. Language: English fluent and Bahasa Melayu fluent.
