JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage and organize the company’s filing system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible
-Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals, providing a professional first point of contact
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff members
-Assist in the preparation and editing of written documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
-Perform data entry tasks to update databases and spreadsheets with new information as required
-Facilitate the maintenance of office equipment and manage inventory supplies, placing orders when necessary
-Assisting departments and handling any unforeseen tasks as needed
