Jobs Responsible:
1. Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, Bank and Borrowing and GL)
2. Assist AM to ensure timely submission and reporting of monthly Management Reports.
3. Assist AM to liaise with both internal (various department within the company) and external parties (bankers, auditor, tax agent and company secretary) for all statutory and tax requirements compliances.
4. Bank Reconciliations
5. Inter Co Balances Reconciliations
6. Manage Monthly Billing to Customers, Payments to Suppliers and Opex Payments
7. Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
2. At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field with proven track record.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
4. Strong Excel spreadsheet skills and hands-on experience with Accounting Software
5. Ability to establish priorities, work within tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities.
6. Strong inter-personal skills and able to work with various departments within the group.
7. Able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written.
