Online Marketing Executive - #10495241

Job scope:

1. Assisting in managing and monitoring sales of online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and webstore).
2. Respond to online customer queries in e-market places and social media (FB, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
3. Actively interact with all relevant parties in Shopee and Lazada.
4. Handle routine task from acceptance to the delivery of online orders, payments and refund.
5. Assist in branding and marketing.

Requirements:
1. SPM leavers with vast experience in Online Business / E-commerce / Methodologies in graphic design or equivalent are also encouraged to apply
2. Possess in extensive knowledge in social media and computer literate.
3. Able to work independent, responsibly with minimum supervision.
4. Good time-management skills – responsive, flexible and be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, and able to meet strict deadlines.
5. Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
6. Candidate with knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or possess a Diploma in Marketing will have added advantage.
