1. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement.
2. Handling all reservation through email & OTA. Monitor & Update room allotment in OTA in daily basis.
3. To follow all the Hotel and Department Policy during running the shift.
4. Assist Front Office during busy upon guest check in to give welcome drinks and cool towel at lobby area.
5. Post in relevant guest transactions incurred promptly and accurately.
6. Provide excellent and warmth service to all guests with a genuine smile.
7. Ensure a high satisfaction index from all guests with regards to the product quality and service standards.
8. Up-sell room and all other business opportunities within the resort to maximize profitability for the resort, including various recreational activities.
9. Submit required daily reports to the accounts department or management.
10. Prioritize guest safety while participating in activities organized in-house, including during boat transfers.
11. To ensure all detail regarding guest identity/ belonging are consider private and confidential.
12. Schedule and arrange outsourced boat services, as well as land transfers through appointed service providers. Update all records immediately and accurately.
13. Excellent product knowledge of the entire resort and other general knowledge of the island and its surroundings.
