Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including but not limited to infrastructure development, site development, and construction projects.
2. Coordinate with internal and external resources, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient utilization of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
3. monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community members, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes pertaining to civil engineering projects, including environmental regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
-Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering or construction industry.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
-Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay

EAST COAST RAIL LINK PROJECT (ECRL)
The East Coast Rail Link Project (also known as “ECRL“) is one key project under Belt and Road Initiative between China and Malaysia and under construction by China’s state-owned enterprise. The 640KM ECRL is expected to be completed by end of 2026. The route starts at Kota Bharu in Kelantan and ends at Port Klang in Selangor. It will pass through Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Putrajaya Federal Territory. Passengers can have easy access in Putrajaya Central Station to go to Kuala Lumpur International Airport or other places in the east coast.
The ECRL project will become the main transportation line between the east and west coasts, providing comfortable and convenient modes of travel and freight for the public, promoting the development of commerce, logistics, trade and tourism along the railway, improving people’s livelihood, promoting regional development and upgrading local industry competitiveness.
