1. Knowledge of office management system.
2. Perform administrative support including filling, labelling and photocopying.
3. Any other duties assign by the management.
4. Maintain customer & supplier contact lists.
5. Issue purchase order to suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
6. Ensure that orders received are accurate, as per product specification and not damage.
7. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
8. Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiating better prices.
9. Work closely with relevant departments to ensure goods received are in line with company needs.
10. Keep accurate records of purchases made.
11. Sourcing of new products and request quotation.
