Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- To lead sales and marketing team to achieve company’s sales target.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales activities towards achieving company’s sales targets within approved budget.
- To motivate, support and coach the sales team to enhance their career development, growth and team morale.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Business Studies or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience mainly in Property Sales Industry.
- Real Estate License (REA) or Real Estate Negotiator License (REN) are required.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Motivated and result oriented.
- Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantages.
