1. Design new dishes for the Research & Development works.
2. Prepare ingredients for new dishes testing.
3. Collect data on food preparation and taste for the research & development works.
2. Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
3. Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
