The successful candidate shall be responsible in ensuring the accuracy and proper accounting of all financial transactions relating to supplier’s invoices for operating expenditures and capital expenditure and the related outgoing payments, in order to secure timely settlement of financial obligations and maintaining adequate cash resources in compliance with procedures and guidelines. Other roles and responsibilities include the followings:

1. Managing the account payable, treasury and cash flow forecast.
2. Preparation of posting document for Journal Entry
3. Update transaction and prepare petty cash transaction.
4. Translate budget data to dedicated format for SAP upload program, upload complete budget data to SAP and download financial data from SAP.
5. Assist in the fixed assets accounting
6. Assist in the preparation of audit file for external auditor.
