About the role :

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail , ensur ing the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Food & Beverage department , reporting to Stewarding & Hygiene Manager.

What you will do:

• Clean, sanitize and keep all chinaware , glasses, and silver adequately, separated and stocked in the cafeteria line.

• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities.

• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils .

• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.

• The ability to keep all record of requisition and hand over back office by end of shift and report any damage or loses of equipment or stock.
