Sern Kou Group is a Public Listed Company in Malaysia. Our company is expanding the business to the upstream sector in plantation development activities at the state of Kelantan.

Jobscope:
1. Primary responsible is to support the Plantation Team in maintaining site facilities and providing basic support to workers according to designed standards and company procedures.
2. To support at least two (2) afforestation sites.
3. To monitor the hygiene practices and discipline of machine operators.
4. To deliver basic resource and medication to workers, monitor accommodation hygiene and implement safety measures.
5. To coordinate with repair technicians.
6. To assist infrastructure improvement procedures.
7. To setup, access and maintain internal feedback system.
8. To assist in audit and training procedures.
9. To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.

Job Requirements:
a. Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience, preferably in plantation and open to construction sectors.
b. Minimum Diploma in Science and Bahasa Malaysia Grade B in SPM.
c. Intermediate in MS Excel.
d. Expertise in problem solving and design thinking.
e. Self-driven and deadline orientated personality is preferable.
f. Able to work independently.
