Trainee Pet Care Consultant - #10499144

1. Receiving and organizing shop items accordingly.
2. Restocking shop items and ensuring sales floor is organized according to guidelines.
3. Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
4. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
5. Promoting shop membership cards and explaining membership benefits to customers.
6. Perform regular price audits to ensure correct price tags are displayed.
7. Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
8. Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
9. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.
10. Back up and be on duty at any outlet under the Company when there is shortage of staff.
11. Conduct training for staff regarding pet’s care, product knowledge, providing services at outlet and etc.
12. Assist in planning and implementing strategies & effective curriculum or training programs.
13. Provide info and prepare material for training.
14. Track and provide report regarding training progress as well as monitoring staff performances.
15. Monitor the health condition of livestock in all outlets and liaise with 3rd party veterinarian on any treatment when required.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably with education background related to Animal Science, Zoology, Veterinary, or in any Science related course.
- Must possesses own transport
- Must be willing to travel
