Roles & Responsibilities:
As an E-Commerce Sales Enabler, you are responsible to execute the sales planned by E commerce Lead meticulously. You will be managing the prices of Mayer & Mistral E-Commerce team with the supervision from direct supervisor. Your roles and responsibilities also include:
• Executing the E-Commerce sales strategy in platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Zalora, PG Mall, Mayer & Mistral websites) such as price submissions, vouchers creations & homepage visuals.
• Actively seeking for any new campaigns and initiatives from marketplaces and providing the summary to direct supervisor.
• Managing the Mayer & Mistral website ranging from price updates, vouchers creations for collaborations and the overall website maintenance as well as upgrades.
• Working closely with Product Team for any new price updates and clearance prices for phased out items. Thereafter to update in all platforms accordingly.
• Collaborating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall E-Commerce business objectives.
• Preparing regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommended actions
• Assisting E-commerce Lead for the KHIND Care App sales and working closely with E Commerce Operations Team & CRM Team.
• Monitoring the Return on Ads Spend and efficiency of voucher investment as well as any other promotional activities.
• Ability to conduct online Live and managing the Live performances.
To be a Successful Candidate:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of one year experience in back end operations preferably in the e-commerce & home appliances industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Words).
• 1-3 years’ experience in sales management roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies for e-commerce platforms, including product pricing, and promotions.
• Experience in setting realistic sales targets & achieving them.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies that drive online sales.
• Proficiency in analysing sales data, metrics, and customer behaviour to derive insights and make informed sales decisions.
• Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales strategies.
• Understanding of the e-commerce market, trends, and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer experiences throughout the sales process.
• Ability to identify and address challenges that may arise in e-commerce sales, both strategically and operationally.
• In-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold through the e-commerce platform.
• Awareness of e-commerce industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies.
