Job Description:

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Reply to customer emails and social media chat.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
• Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
• Following up complicated customer calls where required
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any professional qualification
• With at least 2 years working experience in any field
• A team player
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy
• Analytical thinking and controlling mindset
• Ability to recognize, analyze and propose solutions for complex situations
• Meticulous and have pride in producing high quality work
• Comfortable with night shift
