Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Analysis of complex business systems, gather requirement, and design solutions that align with the organization’s goals.
• Assist with managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet user requirement and within budget.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system specification, user manual, and assist with preparing project progress report to Management.
• Liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
• Assist in CCTV cameras, POS terminal installation and maintenance. Research, propose solution or system enhancement plan and provide advice for IT purchase.
• Liaise with vendor for system development and implementation of system.
• Provides technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team member, helping them solve complex problems and male informed decisions.
• System Access right control and Approval matrix review.
• Handle application support incident, system Change Management, performs trouble shooting, identifies root cause and follow up on problem resolution until completion.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of system by conducting testing, reviewing, and implementing best practices.
• Backup & Restoration Job manage and monitoring.
• System health and Internet Line Monitoring.
• Cyber risk and Network Security assessment.
• IT policies, BCP and DR planning and implementation.

Job Requirement:-

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in IT or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requested to deal with mandarin speaking foreign employees/vendor.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Samalaju, Bintulu.
