Job Description

The Warehouse Manager will be the focal point for overall Warehouse activities including as listed below:

• Oversee and optimize daily activities within the warehouse facility.
• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Strategically plan transportation logistics to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintain impeccable service levels through effective planning and execution of logistics.
• Allocate manpower efficiently to uphold seamless warehouse functionalities.
• Uphold ISO procedures and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Address customer complaints related to warehouse and transportation promptly.
• Contribute directly to exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on warehouse operations.
• Ideal for detail-oriented professionals passionate about optimizing logistics.

The Successful Applicant

• At least a Degree in Supply Chain and any related field
• At least 8 years of experience in Warehouse management
• At least 5 years of Coaching or managerial experience
• Team player and team leader
• Good communication skill
