JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, control, and measure maintenance cost effectively.
• Establish proactive maintenance methods to extend equipment life, develop specifications, machine restorations, reliability engineering.
• Manage the daily operations of the preventive maintenance department ensuring compliance, safety, and best practices for corrective and preventative maintenance procedures are followed including accurate completion of the preventative maintenance program
• Provide engineering support for continuous equipment improvement projects, Automations, and resolution of engineering issues
• Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines for the maintenance teams, including safety on the job and preventative maintenance.
• Define criteria for new equipment evaluation and make recommendation
• Identify and propose improvements to any equipment, systems, or robotics to improve production and operations
• Participate and provide recommendation/solution in critical line issues discussion
• Lead work group in standardization of equipment engineering practices
• Maintain housekeeping disciplines and safety procedure at work place
