Job Description:
1. Provide technical support for customers, such as technical communication, fault locating and demarcation, drill solution output, and other technical support.
2. Fully cooperate with HUAWEI CLOUD teams to provide special benefits for enterprise-level support programs based on customer satisfaction and service stability, output best practices, and proactively improve and plan special services based on customer pain points.
3. Have the opportunity to become one of the three major public clouds in the world and become the most professional customer technical service expert on the global public cloud.
Job Requirement:
Service skill requirements:
1. Have excellent communication skills. Effectively communicate with customers about service solutions and availability risks. Be able to quickly handle customer complaints and obtain customer support and recognition. Be able to communicate with customers' executives.
2. Experience in corporate level projects and experience in driving cross-department complex project implementation is preferred.
3. Have a sense of responsibility, be able to practice customer first in daily service, and achieve customer success.
4. Have strong pressure resistance and execution ability, and be able to accept certain frequency of travel.
Professional knowledge requirements:
1. Have general knowledge of Huawei ICT products and have at least three years of working experience in ICT technologies. Experience in cloud computing projects or at least 3 years customer service experience is preferred.
2. Be familiar with general IT technologies, such as operating systems, databases, middleware, security products of major software vendors (such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and IBM), or basic IT components (such as DNS and LDAP/AD).
3. Be familiar with at least one script language, such as Python, Shell, and PHP.
4. PMP certificate for project management or HCIx certificate for HUAWEI CLOUD services is preferred.
