Responsibilities :

• Engage to client consultations and to understand client’s needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare and create mood boards to showcase your design concept.
• Candidate able to produce Detail Drawings, 3D Perspective Drawings, Space Planning, Conceptual Design, and Design Development.
• Required to site visit for coordination to ensure the project on going according with specification and requirement.
• Coordinate with superior, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for the determine design related issues.
• Address challenges promptly to keep projects on track.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, 3D Rendering, Sketchup, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
• Good attitude, Punctuality, Positive Thinker with Excellent Communication skills.
• Passionate in design is a must.
• Proficient and Fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay
• Own transport for site visit is required
