Job Objectives:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team toward achieving revenue targets and exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of telemarketers and customer services, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of telemarketers and customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Participate actively in the recruitment cycle, including interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement training and coaching plans to enhance the team's sales capabilities and product knowledge.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a sales team, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, spoken and written may be required, particularly if dealing with clients or team members who primarily communicate in that language.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage team members.
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
