Assistant Commercial and Contract Manager - #10505955

• Lead and supervise the quantity surveying team to ensure contract administration and task completion.
• Resolve contract claims, disputes, and adjustments.
• Manage project cost budget, cash flow, and design/construction changes.
• Monitor subcontract payments and main contract progress.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier awards.
• Ensure timely completion of contracts.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline.
• More than 10 years of building, MRT, or double track quantity surveying experience.
• Specialization in MEP works.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proactive attitude.
