Quantity Surveyor (Chinese Speaking) - #10506105

Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs, based on project specifications and drawings.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Assist in the tendering process by preparing bills of quantities, analyzing tender submissions, and making recommendations for contractor selection.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures, identifying deviations from the budget and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Manage notices and claims to Client according to the Contract
• Preparation of Sub Contractors payments and recording

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
