Objective

Plant equipment operation routine check, maintenance and monitoring.
Ensure good documentation related to procedure, SOP, report, calibration, AutoCaD, PM/ ISO preparation including waste controls comply with regulation and any abnormalities.

Job Responsibilities

To conduct daily checking & operation reading of facilities electrical & mechanical equipment as well as utilities supplies quality and in good operating condition.
To carry out maintenance on responsible electrical & mechanical equipment with the coordination of Supervisor.
To troubleshoot electrical & mechanical problems to equipment & refer the electrical problem to Supervisor / vendor while on shift duty.
To take good care of 5S on the facilities related area in clean environment.
To make recommendation for minor improvement in facilities & environmental system and to rectify minor defects.
To assist in building maintenance & mechanical equipment maintenance by other groups.
Ensures OBM’s quality, safety & environmental requirement is compiled for all facilities activities carried out internal and by contractor/vendor.
Assists superior & engineering group in the execution of facilities related project to ensure that 5S, security, safety, saving project, environmental & quality requirements are complied.
Assists superiors in carrying out 5S, safety, environmental & quality related activities.
To ensure that quality activities performed by incumbent and subordinates (if any) fall in line with MS ISO 9001, procedures and other activities which be organized from time to time.
To attend problem on the spot during power down or emergency, to avoid long downtime to production or damage to production equipment.
To support PM activity regularly & yearly power shutdown maintenance activity.
To support on production line setting up and upgrading.
To lead and ensure all employees follow electrical safety.
Strong in mechanical setup such Vacuum, CDA, PWC, Chiller and AHU.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Competency Chargeman AO or A4.
Possessing a competent person certification in electrical or waste water treatment will be a competitive advantage.
Proven records of performing electrical and mechanical in facility maintenance and repair works.
Possess own transportation.
