Objective: To supervises and manages the planning and progress of production, as well as the planning, tracking, sending, receiving, storage, use and other aspects of materials, and the preventive treatment of waste.

• According to the order shipment demand and monthly plan, prepare monthly, weekly and daily plans and the release of production work orders and track the implementation progress until they are reached.
• Implement and confirm the review of the order, and the order delivery time after the review, the statistical plan completion rate, and the product loss rate; Tracking and implementation of the progress, material supply and quality status of each link of production.
• According to the completion of the production plan, the supply of materials (including purchased parts and self-made parts), timely and reasonable adjustment of the plan and the delivery requirements.
• Evaluate the production capacity between various manufacturing departments, adjust the planning balance of each workshop, and improve the output of each workshop; Coordinate the production process, production process and product quality abnormal coordination, follow-up, to ensure the normal operation of production operations.
• Responsible for the preparation of production plans, the deployment of temporary insertion orders or urgent production tasks.
• Supervise the execution and arrival of material feed according to the order/FCST/production plan requirements.
• Statistically analyze the sluggishness of inventory materials and provide the data to the project unit.
• Analyze and sort out high-risk materials and confirm delivery analysis, and summarize the analysis of materials in the manufacturing center every month.
• Responsible for the management of waiting, returning, replenishment and order modification in the production process.
• Responsible for the delivery of production orders and insertion orders, keep abreast of the production situation, and put forward suggestions for personnel coordination and deployment to the manufacturing center to ensure that the work order can be closed on time.
• Responsible for the follow-up control and delivery management of the production progress, and deal with the abnormal situations that occur in the production.
• For the trial production of new products, the PMC staff reminds the project department 2 days in advance to prepare SOP and quality SIP in order to produce smoothly.
• When receiving the cancellation and change of the project department's order, it is necessary to immediately analyze the production status, and trace the material status and notify the workshop to return the material, and reply to the project department to implement the adjustment plan. And the change notice is issued and the production.
• Confirmation of daily unsettled work orders and unsettled heavy work orders, follow-up and emergency handling of urgent work orders and timely closure of cases.
• Responsible for the development, inspection, diagnosis and implementation of the unfinished production work order, put forward suggestions for solving the problem, and follow up the conclusion of the production work order.
• Daily production daily report confirmation and monthly department monthly report production.
• Communication and coordination with various departments.
