  1. Report to Directors and Managing Director.
  2. Manage & prepare full set of accounts including Audit support matters.
  3. Prepare month-end closing schedule, analysis and reconciliations.
  4. Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations & admin tasks (when required)
  5. Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment, & collect payment from customers.
  6. Perform reconciliations for debtor/creditor statement of accounts.
  7. Prepare staff’s monthly payroll.
  8. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  9. Perform any other duties are assigned by Management from time to time.
  10. Assist Directors & other ad-hoc duties as required.
