What you’ll be doing
- To carry out installation, repair, maintenance of parking equipment and facilities on-site.
- Perform site survey to determine serviceability.
- Ensures parking equipment are in working order and reports any issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, running test of connectivity problems during site visit.
- Response to user’s queries in a professional and timely manner, address customers technical issues via phone or remotely.
- Other related duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/mechanical or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 2 years experience in this field and ability to troubleshoot down to component level on equipment.
- Knowledge of AC & DC power supply and three phase power supply.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshooting and repair equipment with minimum guidance.
- Good in reporting and on-site handling skill.
- Willing to travel outstation anytime when required.
- Preferable candidate that good in English, Bahasa Malaysia both speaking & writing.
- 2 Full-Time position(s) available, located in Putrajaya.
