RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle day-to-day sales administration operations related to after-sales service.
  • Attend to purchasers’ inquiries.
  • Prepare and issue all required letters for progress billing and payment collection.
  • To monitor and follow up on the progress of payment from purchasers.
  • To handle all documentation and coordination with solicitors and financial institutions on loan documentation and disbursement.
  • To perform data entries and update records into property software system.
  • Ensuring that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on time pertaining to the execution of SPA, reminders and billings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Studies / Real Estate Management / Property Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience preferably in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Committed, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.
