Job Description :-

• Conduct thorough data compilation for Malaysian business operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in analysis to facilitate on-time submissions.
• Monitor actual financial performance of individual stores and overall Malaysian business, comparing results against budget targets.
• Assist in preparing and delivering monthly Business Review meeting presentations, providing key insights and analysis.
• Lead monthly Opex reviews with relevant budget owners, offering valuable insights to optimize operational expenses.
• Monitor and analyze actual expenses versus budget allocations, identifying variances and providing recommendations for cost control.
• Support financial reporting for Malaysian statutory accounts, including accounting, auditing, and taxation compliance.
• Address financial issues that arise in day-to-day business operations, offering solutions and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in data management tasks to ensure accurate and efficient storage and retrieval of company information.
• Provide support to employees regarding personal claims inquiries, offering guidance and assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:-

• A recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience. FP&A or Big 4 audit experience would be preferred.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills to communicate effectively across all levels and work well across teams within the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Reasonably acceptable skill in Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
