JOB DESCRIPTION

• Initiate purchase requisition on low balance stock
• Prepare purchase orders in Autocount system based on details given by suppliers
• Source and obtain quotations from different suppliers for price and specification comparison
• Negotiate with supplier for as cost savings initiative
• Liaise with supplier on estimate time of arrival and follow up on status of delivery
• Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
• Check stock quantity given by store / warehousing / other teams before ordering
• Advise stock availability to wholesale department
• Key-in stock adjustments / movements into SiteGiant system.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
• At least 1 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and work with a minimum supervision.
• Fluent in mandarin reading and speaking is a must for this position.
