Minimum1-2 years of relevant culinary experience.

  • To fulfill all tasks below relating to operation but not limited to:
  • Fully in-charge and responsible for assigned stations
  • Responsible to follow up and verify monthly inventory check
  • Quality check on daily operation base product
  • Maintaining and improving whole kitchen hygiene
  • Review CDP and Commis performance by having weekly station/kitchen meeting and informing summary to Head Chef
  • Must attend all meeting required
  • Review and feedback current sop/ processing method/ recipe/ storage method/ fixed order
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills to be the second in charge to lead the kitchen department
  • Be committed and accountable
  • Train, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed established food preparation standards
  • Ensure production and food presentation are prepared in a consistent manner and meet departmental quality standards
  • Ensure quality of goods received and storage with proper method
  • Ensure sufficient manpower on all occasions (including Public Holidays)
  • Ensure sufficient stock level are scheduled to accommodate business demands
  • Investigate and respond to complaints
  • Make yourself available to engage with customers on food quality, presentation and service standards when necessary
  • Ensures disciplinary procedures are carried out according to company operational standards and management policy
  • Ensure all paper documentation are proper and in order

Extra : 1. Service Points

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
