OPERATION EXECUTIVE - #10507565

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse market/customer data to provide intelligence on market rates.
• To oversee daily operations proficiency & meeting customers’ requirements / task.
• Create solutions to ensure operations team fulfil SOP procedures.
• Ensure timely monthly closing of all jobs and proper filing procedures in place.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers.
• Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer service render.
• Ensure profitability for all business transactions with regular review with management
• Conduct customer survey and present data to management and map out area of improvement.
• Stick with assign manager training program on operations duties.
• Work closely with Sales teams to develop proposals to win business.
• Other ad-hoc duties & administrative activities task by reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated
• Both Air Freight and Sea Freight experience will be an advantage.
• The role will be based at Skudai, Johor Bahru
