We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced National Team Operations Executive to join our team and take charge of overseeing the operations of our national teams. As the National Team Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our national teams, coordinating their activities, and supporting them in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the national teams, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for competitions, ensuring timely arrivals and departures for all team members.
• Liaise with coaches, players, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage team budgets and expenses, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
• Handle any issues or concerns that arise during team activities, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to team activities and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in team management or sports administration.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of sports regulations and governing bodies is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
