Metering Engineer - #10508586

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
2. 3 - 5 years of experience in metering work for upstream and downstream operations
3. Able to lead the team in performing gas & liquid metering validation and able to handle various type of flow computer
4. Familiar with PETRONAS guidelines and requirements is an advantage
5. Willing to travel across Malaysia (Sabah/ Sarawak/ Peninsular)
6. Familiar with END USER/CLIENT safety and quality requirements.
7. Shall be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Melayu.
8. Posses knowledge in Metering relevant Standards and Familiar with international standards (ISO, AGA, API) related to metering & local requirements such as Petronas Governing Standards.
9. Possesses strong analytical skills and able to understand the complexity of the upstream oil and gas production processes, identify potential opportunities and threats, and pro-actively work out recommended solutions.
10. Proven track record of strong delivery and able to deliver workloads with minimal supervision.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
12. Able to communicate effectively in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Providing technical advice and support for metering management, operations, design/engineering, and maintenance as needed.
2. Offering technical advice and support for metering systems, drawing from experience in managing asset metering systems for projects.
3. Supporting activities to meet company objectives and deadlines within workload constraints.
4. Developing a Metering Validation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and related procedures.
