We are an established chemical trading company in Bukit Raja, currently looking for qualified candidates to fill in the following vacancies:
Shipping cum admin
- Collect Consignment note & Empty container collection note.
- Update GRN RECORD.
- Prepare import shipment standby list for warehouse.
- Load container photos to file.
- Follow up import shipments ETA date & delivery date.
- Checking shipping documents.
- Prepare tally sheet for warehouse.
- Prepare empty container collection note for guard.
- Filing shipping document.
- Scan Import COA to file.
- Checking shipping line Invoice.
- Buy Insurance for certain shipments.
- Claim insurance for damage goods.
