Core Roles

  • Handling complaints, enquiries and information through telephone cells, update and follow-up outstanding enquiries/request/complaints on a daily basis.
  • Complete all reports for comments, enquiries, complaints, and other related information for ease of future reference.
  • Reporting to the Management regarding implementation of results and feedback.
  • To conduct survey and analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service Company provided.
  • To establish and develop customers services policies, feedback, and complaints procedures.
  • Arrange for rectification works to be carried out on Defect Liability Period (DLP) and defects within the stipulated time frame.
  • To inspect and support to handle customer complaints relating to defects, verifying the nature and root causes of such defects during DLP.
  • Ensure clear timely liaison with the relevant personnel involved in the inspection, verification, rectification works engaged by company to ensure effective execution of job.
  • Leaning about Company's products and services and keeping up to date with changes.
  • To in-charge of community room & Buku Hub.
  • To coordinate with Sales Administration Department on vacant possession process.
  • To assist superior to plan and organize the corporate and community related events for Company and monitor the implementation of pre-event, in-event and post-event activities.
  • Responsible for proper E- documentation & filing system of the respective department.
  • To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
  • Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or any equivalent discipline.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): 1. Confident in handling customer complaints independently, 2. Possess high level of patient and tolerance, 3. Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels, 4. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel. 5. Able to list out house defect works and to produce defects and analysis reports.
  • Preferably specialized in Customer Service in Property Development Industry.
