Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to welcome and greet guests.
  • Responsible to answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Responsible for room reservations, proper room allocation and the issuance of room keys.
  • Responsible to register, check guest in / out and related Front Office Operations.
  • Responsible to provide accurate information about local attractions and services.
  • Responsible to communicate and liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
  • Responsible to maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area.
  • Responsible to clean all assigned capsules, rooms and public area including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from capsules, trash removal and polishing.
  • Responsible to maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Responsible update and record all cleaned rooms.


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, BM
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sadong Jaya, Kota Kinabalu.
  • Training shall be provided.
