As a Store Manager at HOOGA, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store and managing a diverse range of products, including our new mattress range. Your leadership skills, passion for creating cozy and comfortable living spaces, and dedication to the HOOGA concept will be essential in driving the success of our store. You will lead a team of Sales Associates/Consultants and Supervisors, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective merchandising, and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Drive sales by setting performance targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales strategies
• Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement appropriate action plans to achieve sales targets
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
• Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the home décor or retail industry
• Passion for home décor, interior design, and creating cozy living spaces
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets
