Customer Service Representative - #10509606

Job scope:

1.To prepare and conduct Vacant Possession and key collection.

2.To attend sales enquiry when necessary.

3.Coordinate defect rectification works for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and during Defect Liability Period (DLP).

4.To prepare defect report and keeping records of defects rectification works.

5.To communicate and coordinate with the project team and contractors for the arrangement of defect rectification.

6.Handling of customer’s feedback and complaints on daily basis.

7.To provide timely updates to customers defect work progress status.

8.Responsible for proper documentation & filing system.

Required skills: Vacant Possession, Defects Management, Customer Service, able to travel with own transport.
