Sales and Marketing Team

The Sales and Marketing Team stands at the frontline of the company, engaging with clients, maintaining records, and assisting in sales activities, this role contributes to overall growth of the business by achieving sales targets. Ideal for motivated individuals with strong communication and organizational skills and seeking a rewarding opportunity in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and offer appropriate product/service solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Other ad-hoc activities by HODs

Job Requirements:-

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) is required. Qualifications in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Diploma in Automotive / Diploma in Business Management or Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and CRM systems.
