JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Responsible to lead and manage the overall training activities of the Group
●To conduct Training Need Analysis
●Develop training modules and programs that is align to drive the technical knowledge and the behavioural competencies to meet the individual needs and meeting the retail service objectives
●Delivery the training program timely and effectively
●Conduct training evaluation and assessment to monitor and track the level of readiness of participants in meeting the training objectives
●Manage and coordinate all training activates, training materials and training records and data
●Develop a yearly training calendar and responsible to execute the delivery effectively
●Supervise and manage the workflow and training of the field training and training expert
●Periodically conduct Train The Trainer techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees
●Design and develop career development competency-based framework for all employee in Operations and to manage, communicate and execute the program across the organization.
●Responsible for management reporting on all training activities and programs including utilization of training budget
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
●Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Degree in any equivalent field.
●Good analytical and organizing skills are required.
●Minimum of 2-3 years progressive experience in Service Industry Training.
●Must possess outstanding guest service, communication and people skills.
●Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism.
