Job Scope:

  • Provide administrative support for company.
  • Prepare documents for day-to-day company operations.
  • Prepare Excel Sheets, Word Documents and PDFs as and when required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of company filing system.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by Management.
  • Successful applicant shall work within the Contract Department and report to the Contract Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Advanced Certificate/Diploma in any field accepted.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and file management software.
  • Eager to learn and develop a career.
  • Good coordination, liaison, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
