Job Scope:
- Provide administrative support for company.
- Prepare documents for day-to-day company operations.
- Prepare Excel Sheets, Word Documents and PDFs as and when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of company filing system.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by Management.
- Successful applicant shall work within the Contract Department and report to the Contract Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Advanced Certificate/Diploma in any field accepted.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and file management software.
- Eager to learn and develop a career.
- Good coordination, liaison, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
