RESPONSIBILITIES:

CENTRAL BENEFITS

  • For new benefits - understand the objectives of any new benefits introduced and implement it upon Total Reward's team obtaining approval. This includes setting up HRIS system set up, work with ICE team for communication, prepare procedures and SOP documents and forms, work with Legal Dept for agreement, work with vendor for services, brief HR Heads of hospitals and companies, ensure compliance to various rules and regulations etc.
  • For existing benefits - keep proper documentation, monitor employees' eligibility, enrolment, changes, termination of benefits, liaise with vendor/TPA for the services, evaluate vendor's performance, ensure compliance to various rules and regulations, support Total Rewards by providing input for improvements.
  • Be the focal person for benefits database, evaluate and improve the process and system, documents and records, data extraction, benefits utilization, management reporting, analysis, periodic and ad-hoc reports.
  • Ensure a good understanding and implementation of benefits by HR Heads at hospitals and companies by continuous communication, dialog, learning, tracking and monitoring.

OTHERS:

  • Support in GHRM budget exercise by providing benefits input and analysis for the projection, actual expenses and provision of budget.
  • Supervise staff/team in delivering the expected service level
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in working with Workday, Boss Payroll system and any other HRIS system. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to effectively communicate information to individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationship with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Active listening abilities, enabling a comprehensive understanding of others' perspectives and needs.
