Job Description

• Manage and supervise all site-related matters pertaining to regular civil activities.
• Manage civil and materials recovery operations.
• Ensure that all tasks adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Keep track of and update the issue of construction drawings to all team members and subcontractors during the course of the project.
• Offer guidance and clarification to address any inquiries stemming from inconsistencies in the drawings or insufficient information, directed to all team members and subcontractors.
• Document on-site activities, encompassing progress reports, inspections, testing, daily logs, meeting minutes, and drawing management.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance and Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures and subcontract agreements.
• To liaise closely with consultants on submission and approval of shop drawings and methods of construction.
• To attend site meeting with consultants, sub-contractors, and site staffs to ensure work completion within target and report to Site Manager and Management Team accordingly.
• To plan and coordinate with site team on requisition and delivery of materials.
• To prepare site progress report and fill in relevant paperwork.
• To provide technical advice and solve any technical issue at site.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 4-5 years of working experience in relevant field
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.
• Preferably mandarin speaker due to nature of work.
• Experienced in construction industry
