Key Account Assistant Manager (FMCG) - #10509834

Responsibilities:

• Plan, Organize and lead the sales team to achieve company objectives and KPI
• Set target for sales team by assigning sales territory for respective sales person.
• Monitor Sales team itinerary to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
• Support Manager on tasks assigned and execution excellent.
• Provide guidance and support to sales team when required.
  

Requirements:

• Posses at least SPM or any higher qualification.
• At least 3 or 5 years working experience in FMCG.
• Computer literate and familiar with B2B system
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, HACCP & GMP
• Maintain Sales staff by recruiting selecting, orienting and training employee
• Establish sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales target for territories
• To resolve customer complaints and investigating the problem and find solution .
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Well verse in English, Malay & Mandarin.
