Your role in NERA
- Responsible for 1st level of helpdesk (attend user complaint, troubleshooting, escalating to appropriate parties
- Monitoring Pusat Ekonomi Digital Malaysia (PEDi) and FWA nodes health and response within SLA and KPI requirement
- Attending meeting with client on weekly and monthly basis
- Reporting for NOC center (PPSR, Weekly, monthly, KPI, Ad-Hoc)
What we desire from you
- Degree/Diploma in Telecommunication or any engineering field
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Knowledgeable in ITIL4 foundation/basic networking will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Willing to standby during weekends for work (on rotational basis)
- Willing to work at Damansara Uptown, PJ
