Your role in NERA

  • Responsible for 1st level of helpdesk (attend user complaint, troubleshooting, escalating to appropriate parties
  • Monitoring Pusat Ekonomi Digital Malaysia (PEDi) and FWA nodes health and response within SLA and KPI requirement
  • Attending meeting with client on weekly and monthly basis
  • Reporting for NOC center (PPSR, Weekly, monthly, KPI, Ad-Hoc)

What we desire from you

  • Degree/Diploma in Telecommunication or any engineering field
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL4 foundation/basic networking will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to standby during weekends for work (on rotational basis)
  • Willing to work at Damansara Uptown, PJ
