- HR Operation processes including but not limited to insurance administration, confirmation administration, and employee master data maintenance, employment letter, attendance data maintenance, and etc.
- Facilitate good communication among different level of employees
- Assist in varies of project implementation (if any)
- HR Operation administrative task - Documentation, filing, validation and data entry.
- Data analysis and compilation for respective dept
- Communication skills and team interact across different countries in the region, multi-racial and multi-levels organization.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor.
