Senior Accounts & Finance Executive (GL) - #10510873

Job Propose
To align with the group's expansion, we are looking for a senior account executive who will be reporting to the Finance Manager, handling matters relating to accounting function, and suggesting improvements that will be valuable for the group.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure timely closure and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for the group.
• To ensure the bank reconciliation, journal and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
• Supervise accounting staff as required. Provide guidance, advice and support to direct reports to ensure issues are resolved and addressed appropriately in a timely manner.
• Assist in overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents and etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned or when needed.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must be possessing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in accounting and spreadsheet software.
• Attention to details, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• High integrity and able to work independently.
• Audit experience will be added advantage.
• Working experience in listed company will be added advantage.
• MFRS experience will be added advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent, result-driven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
