Assistant Vice President - Corporate Credit Evaluation - #10510921

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive credit analyses on potential borrowers, evaluating their financial history, credit reports, and other relevant information.
• Assess the risk associated with extending credit to businesses, taking into account factors such as income, assets, liabilities, and payment history, etc.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding credit limits, terms, and conditions, etc. based on your analysis and risk assessment.
• Monitor the performance of existing credit accounts via annual reviews, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation actions.
• Keep abreast of economic and market trends that may impact credit risk, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP/ Omega/ credit related qualification, etc.) is preferred.
• Proven experience in credit evaluation, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role, preferably within the banking/ finance industry.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit risk analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate credit decisions and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
